Urban Calculator is pleased to announce its participation in the InPlaLabs project, a KA2 Cooperation Partnership Erasmus+ initiative led by National Technical University of Athens. Together with Commonspace (Athens), NTUA, University of Cyprus, and Bond of Union (Palermo), we are committed to establishing a multi-level, multi-stakeholder network with a primary focus on integrated urban planning.
The objective of InPlaLabs is to create a transnational network of local Integrated Planning Labs, involving planning-related HEIs, local practice and policy actors, and higher education frontrunners. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to enhance synergy and collaboration within planning-related higher education and its surrounding knowledge ecosystems.
We believe that our expertise in evidence-based urban design and advanced spatial analysis, makes us a valuable contributor to this endeavor. Within the project framework, we will focus on developing educational resources and learning activities tailored to students, academics, and planning professionals with various backgrounds.
Our participation underscores our commitment to advancing knowledge and skills in urban planning, with a focus on resilience and sustainability in the post-pandemic city. Urban Calculator looks forward to working closely with our partners to co-create the crucial knowledge on forward-looking transdisciplinary planning perspectives.
