Products
Data for your city
Street network models
High-quality street network models are the foundation of reliable network analysis. For results that hold up at a detailed scale and support design decisions, a pedestrian model must reflect where people actually can walk, which sets it apart from models for motorised traffic. We build pedestrian models from official data or OpenStreetMap, then edit them by hand, checking them with the real-life situation and removing connections that are redundant. Since this requires specialist knowledge and careful work, we prepare the models for you, unless you have that expertise in-house. The same package also includes models for motorised traffic, which can be used to understand vehicle movement in the city, assess possible conflicts with pedestrians, or find the streets with high potential for public transport.
Building and attraction data
For density and typology analyses, we can derive building heights for your city from laser scanning (LiDAR) data you provide, or you can supply your own building data. Accessibility and proximity analyses can be run for any set of attractions you’re interested in, such as schools, shops or public transport stops.
